What your water actually contains where you live: hardness, chlorine and the disinfection by-products that come with municipal treatment, plus anything else your utility reports. We read your supply’s most recent published water quality report and pull out the parts that matter inside a house.
Nobody comes to your house for this. For city water the utility data is already public, so we do the digging and send you the report. There is nothing to let anyone in for and nothing to sit through.
On city water we start from your utility’s own published report. On a private well there is no utility report to pull, so we start from what is known about wells in your area and what you can tell us about your water, and we say plainly which parts are general to the area and which are specific to you.
The report is the report. If you want to know what a system would cost for your home, we will give you the all-in installed number on a call. If you do not, you still keep the report.
